Item reports in the app
From Reports or the Items area, open a view that is item-centric, set the reporting period, then layer branch or category filters that match your question. The grid is usually sortable so you can spot outliers without leaving the page.

Compare report results to the prior period with the same filters to spot shifts in sales or stock. If figures disagree with a physical count, review inventory adjustments or invoice activity before exporting numbers externally.
